Flower Hotels Annual Staff Party & Awards Night 2024

On Monday March 18, the Flower Hotels family gathered in a celebration of dedication, hard work, and outstanding service at the Port Macquarie Racecourse for our annual staff party and awards night. With over 200 of our staff in attendance, we took the extraordinary step of closing all our venues for the night, ensuring that everyone could join in on the fun. This year, we embraced a Country Hoedown Theme, complete with a mechanical bull, live music, photo booth, an abundance of delicious food and of course, refreshing drinks to toast to our achievements.

The night wasn’t just about letting loose and dancing to the country tunes; it was a heartfelt occasion to honour the exceptional individuals whose efforts continue to elevate the Flower Hotels experience. With an Employee of the Year award for each of our venues, we shone a spotlight on those who have gone above and beyond in their roles this past year. The winners were as follows:
