2023 Flower Hotels Awards

On Monday 13th March, Flower Hotels took over the Port Macquarie Race Club for our annual Staff Party & Awards Night. With over 220 staff from 9 venues and head office, it was a chance for everyone to let down their hair and strengthen relationships with others from across the group. We recognised the achievements of stand-out staff with an Employee of the Year for each venue, as well as 5 group-wide awards for those who showed true grit, leadership potential and outstanding customer service throughout the year.
